We love to find exciting new products for our Farm Shop, and Charlotte our manager has found a cracker, indeed, goes well with crackers! Blacks cheese is quite special. Their claim is that their cheese is made with milk, love and a few secrets by their award winning master cheese maker who is slightly bonkers, and his family who have been producing cheese since 1875. Their words not mine. Along with the expected Extra Mature Cheddar, they produce an eclectic selection including Caramelised Onion & Rioja Mature Cheddar, Jalapeno & Lime Mature Cheddar and believe it or not Sticky Toffee Mature Cheddar Cheese which has had rave reviews. The beautiful waxed truckles are priced at just £3.75.
